Anne-Cécile Khouri-Raphael is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2008, specialised in business law. She interves from New York on all the question related to companies and assists her clients in the negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts.
After being trained in some of the most prestigious law firm in Paris (Cleary Gottlieb, Linklaters), Anne-Celine practiced law as a lawyer during two years in Shanghai for CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre law office. She then joined several law firms in Parris (2010-2014) before opening her own office in New York.
